Surrounded by one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Alps, this is the perfect place to reconnect with your inner self. Your Yoga teacher will take you for a walk in the Peuterey woods among level paths, conifer woodlands, mountain creeks, and green fields at the foot of the highest mountain range in Europe; the intimate and sensory experience will then continue with a yoga class at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in the midst of the beauty and silence of nature

Our aim is to provide you with simple and effective relaxation and meditation techniques, as well as useful knowledge that you may put in practice daily to improve your health, quality of life and wellbeing, and to rediscover the pleasuer of "living" your body and soul through Yoga and Awareness.
